Insurance
Please Choose as follows for insurance
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for – Up to £50
- Special Delivery – Up to £500
For any loss or damage we would only cover what delivery options is opted by the customer.
For example, if the customer purchased an item for £100 and opted for ‘Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For’ and it got lost or damaged, we would only cover up to £50.
Shipping
Orders received before 3pm will be processed and dispatched the same day (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).
‘Special Delivery’ and ‘Saturday Guaranteed’ orders must also be received before 3pm and will be subject to the same exclusions as above (please do not place your order after 3pm and expect it the next day).
Standard orders are sent by ‘Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For’ (only covered up to £50 of insurance) and as such you should usually receive your order within 1-3 working days. During certain times of the year your order may take a little longer and we ask that you wait up to 5 working days before contacting us.
If you require urgent delivery, please use the 'Special Delivery' option when placing your order and we recommend that you also use this option for orders over £50 in value.
For Damaged items please contact us and send us a picture of the damaged item as proof within 7 days.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on Hyde Vapes but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Orders received after 3pm will usually be dispatched the following working day, regardless of the delivery option chosen.
Items sent by ‘Special Delivery’ will always require a signature on receipt, so please ensure that someone will be available to take the order.
All orders withing the UK are sent out using the Royal Mail 'Signed For' Service, unless requested otherwise.
International Orders
You are responsible for checking that the products you order are legal to import into your country - we accept no claims for packages held or destroyed by your own country’s authorities.
International shipping can take anything from 3-14 days depending on the country, and we ask that you wait a minimum of 14 working days before contacting us about your order.
When ordering from outside the UK, please choose a tracked delivery service to ensure that your package does not get lost. Although, we can deliver to wherever you are, please bear in mind that every country has their own importation laws. Therefore, if your items are held by local customs, it is the responsibility of the customer to resolve this. If you are unsure about the customs status in your country, get in touch with us, we will be more than happy to help.
